Does Articulate Online Come With Any Authoring Software?

No. Articulate Online is strictly for tracking how employees, customers, and prospects interact with your content.

What Content Can I Publish to Articulate Online?

You can publish Articulate Storyline and Articulate Studio courses to Articulate Online. See the Articulate Online tech specs for details.

How Do I Upgrade My Articulate Online Account?

If you have a trial account, go to Compare Plans and click the Sign Up button for the plan you want to purchase. When you get your product activation email, follow the instructions to log into your account and apply your new serial number to complete the upgrade.

If you have a paid account, let us know which plan you want. Make sure you confirm the preferred upgrade date, allowing one business day for processing. We'll send you a store coupon for the unused portion of the month. Please note that when you purchase an upgrade plan, you'll begin a new term of service. Once you have your coupon, go to the store, sign up for the plan you want, and enter the coupon number. Also, include the order number or serial number for your existing plan in the comments field of the order form. When you get your product activation email, follow the instructions to log in to your account and apply your new serial number to complete the upgrade.

Do I Have to Sign a Long-Term Contract?

No. Articulate Online plans are month-to-month, so you can cancel at any time. You’re responsible for charges incurred up until your cancellation date. We don’t issue refunds for past payments, and we don’t provide partial-term refunds.

Can I Get an Annual Plan?

Yes, you can choose a month-to-month plan or an annual plan. Annual plans include one free month, so you’ll get 13 months for the price of 12.

What Types of Payment Do You Accept for Articulate Online Plans?

Since monthly plans are charged via recurring billing, we only accept credit card payments for the monthly plans. However, we do accept payments by purchase order, company check, or bank wire for annual plans. Contact us for more details.

Our technical support staff can help you with Articulate Online issues. Just submit a case to get started. For security purposes, Articulate doesn't have access to user accounts or content in Articulate Online. Any issues with security permissions or login credentials should be communicated to your Articulate Online administrator.

How Do I Downgrade or Cancel My Articulate Online Account?

You can downgrade your Articulate Online service at any time. To complete a downgrade, please follow these instructions.

Where Can I Learn More About Purchasing an Articulate Online Account?

You can purchase a new Articulate Online plan via our online store. You can also upgrade to a full plan from your free Articulate Online trial. You'll receive a set of activation instructions via e-mail to create a new account or upgrade your existing trial account.
