How to Repair Articulate Replay

If Articulate Replay isn't working properly, a simple repair may fix the problem. Follow these steps for your version of Microsoft Windows:

Windows Vista or later
  1. Close Replay.
  2. Locate your Replay installation file. If you can't find it, download it again and save it to your computer. Use the download link in your product confirmation email, or click here.
  3. Right-click the installation file, and select Run as administrator.
  4. Select the option to Repair, and follow the prompts to complete the process.
  5. Reboot your computer.
Windows XP or earlier
  1. Close Replay.
  2. Locate your Replay installation file. If you can't find it, download it again and save it to your computer. Use the download link in your product confirmation email, or click here.
  3. Double-click the installation file.
  4. Select the option to Repair, and follow the prompts to complete the process.
  5. Reboot your computer.
