Print Results Feature Doesn't Work

There are a few reasons why the print results feature may not work in your Articulate quizzes. Here's how to fix them:

Reason Solution
Printing results isn't supported during preview. Publish your course to test the print results feature.
Printing results isn't supported in HTML5 or Articulate Mobile Player output. View your course in a Flash-enabled browser to print your results.
A pop-up blocker is preventing your results from displaying. If your pop-up blocker gives you the option to display the blocked content, allow it to display.

To always allow your results to display, add an exception to your pop-up blocker for the domain where your courses are hosted—for example, articulate-online.com.
You're viewing the published output on your local computer. Local security restrictions from your computer, browser, or network can prevent some features from working. Upload your published course to a web server or LMS for proper testing. If you need to view it offline, publish for CD.
